# What changes have there been to Amazon's RME requirements and related training?

## Amazon RME positions may require relevant maintenance experience.

Amazon's Reliability & Maintenance Engineering (RME) hiring requirements have changed over time. While Unmudl's Mechatronics & Robotics Maintenance pathway provides valuable technical training, completing the coursework alone does not guarantee eligibility for every Amazon RME position.

 Many Amazon RME positions currently require relevant professional maintenance experience in addition to technical training. Requirements vary by position and location, so always review the qualifications listed in the job posting before applying.
