If you have taken your final quiz and received a grade above the minimum passing grade, but
you are still seeing the ‘No grade recorded.’ message on your Content Launch Window, you can
try making the below adjustments to your Browser settings:
Chrome:
Within Chrome Settings, go to “Privacy and Security,” then click “Cookies and other site data”:
Scroll down to the “Customized behaviors” section under “Sites that can always use cookies.”
and add the following: learnamatrol.com
Firefox:
1. Go to Settings.
2. Click on “Privacy & Security”.
3. Scroll to “Cookies and Site Data” and click the “Manage Exceptions” button.
4. In the “Address of website” field, enter learnamatrol.com and click “Allow.”
5. Click “Save Changes”.
